Nexx started in 2001 bringing out two type of helmets. As Nexx began to grow so did demand, this resulted in Nexx bringing out it's first Womens Line in 2007. By 2010 Nexx had become so popular that they partnered with Hugo Boss. Nowadays Nexx has now grown to be immediately recognisable in the motorbike industry.

Nexx are currently campaigning for helmets for India, to try a reduce motorcycle deaths as a result of head injuries. Each day 192 motorcyclists die in India. Helmets for India will provide at least 1,000 helmets to people in need. Wearing a motorcycle helmet results in 70% reduction to risk of heavy injury, and 40% reduction to risk of death.
